WARWICK CASTLE & STRATFORD-UPON-AVON
EXPLORE A TUDOR TOWN.
SIGHTS & DELIGHTS IN AN HISTORIC CASTLE.
2016 dates TBC
We will leave London and head to Stratford-upon-Avon, a handsome, historic town which is renowned for being the birthplace and final resting place of William Shakespeare. The streets are full of lovely Tudor framed buildings, quirky museums, tempting shops and characterful pubs to explore on wet weather days, and there are beautiful riverside walks and parks to enjoy in the autumn sunshine.
After a good explore and a hearty lunch, head back to the coach for the next adventure. We will visit Warwick Castle, one of Britain’s most popular attractions. 1100 years of history are waiting to be discovered within it's ancient walls! Your ticket incudes entry to the Castle and its attractions, including the Medieval Trebuchet, Kingmaker and the Time Tower.
