Highlights

Christopher Nolan’s critically acclaimed movie, Dunkirk, has reminded the world of the incredible moment in history when a makeshift fleet of British fishing boats, pleasure yachts, and cargo ships helped save 185,000 British soldiers and 130,000 French soldiers from death or capture by German invaders during the Fall of France in May and June 1940.

During this special one-off day tour to Dunkirk, we will be joined by an expert guide who will introduce us to several sites vital to Operation Dynamo - the evacuation beaches, the Port and East Mole, the British Memorial and Cemetery and the Zuydcoote Maritime Hospital. The tour will pay tribute to the stories of the allied soldiers and their incredible 'Dunkirk Spirit'. You'll also follow in the tracks of Christopher Nolan's filming locations.

After the tour you'll have free time to explore. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the boat filled port, visit shops and galleries or perhaps visit the Dunkirk War Museum.

We will make this day trip to remember easy for you, picking you up in central London and traveling by comfortable coach via the channel tunnel to the heart of this historic town.
